25 oz/750 g chicken breast
3 bell peppers (1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green)
1 small red chili pepper
2 garlic cloves
10 fl. oz/30 cl tomato sauce
1 tsp paprika
1/ Cut the chicken into small pieces. Wash, remove seeds and core and cut the peppers and chili pepper into strips. Peel and mince the onion and garlic.
2/ Heat a dash of oil in the wok. Add the bell peppers and sauté over high heat for 5 minutes. Set aside.
3/ Heat a dash of oil in the wok. Add the onion, garlic, chicken, paprika and salt and pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes over high heat. Lower the heat and add the tomato sauce, bell and chili peppers. Cover and let cook for 20 minutes.
4/ Serve with tortillas and white rice.
